Kickboxing
is a fast growing sport in the UK. As well as building cardio vascular
fitness, it improves stamina, speed and co-ordination. By
combining combinations of kicks and punches, blocks, sweeps, throws and takedowns. These are
put together to create continuous
semi-contact sparring. We use focus pads
for target training, and to help improve
speed, power and learning combinations. Circuit training
helps improve overall fitness
levels. Flexibility plays a large part in most sessions, which are made to
be beneficial
to every individual no matter of current
individual fitness levels as we seek for all our students to progress steadily.
